La posizione è bene centrata; personale accogliente e disponibile, stanza piccolina ma dotata di tutti i servizi, ben insonorizzata. Soggiorno abbastanza soddisfacente

La posizione vicino al centro di Olbia
Appartamento non proprio pulito e bagno vecchio con un box doccia piccolissimo ; ,l aria condizionata è presente solo in soggiorno, non nella camera da letto e questo non era specificato nel sito, altrimenti non l avrei affittata. Inoltre il condizionatore è vecchio e non rinfresca più di tanto. Pentole vecchie e nemmeno tanto pulite; il freezer era sporco, non c è lavastoviglie e neppure la lavatrice. Non c erano cucchiai né tazze per la colazione. Appartamento davvero basico … non assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Per finire, ma questi ovviamente non dipende dal proprietario, in questa settimana per ben 3 sere siamo rimasti al buio per oltre un’ora a causa di guasti alla rete.
