Hotel Spa Sinagoga

Buena relación calidad-precio. La recepcionista que nos atendió muy simpática le pregunté por lugares de interés cerca y me explicó muy amablemente. El desayuno buffet correcto, pero eché de menos que hubiera algo de huevo.

El desayuno buffet estupendo, muy completo y productos de calidad. Los obsequios a la entrada a la habitación (café, agua)

Echamos en falta caja fuerte en la habitación. También aparcamiento para usuarios.

Hotel cercano al centro y para un día de verano la piscina exterior está genial. La chica de recepción fue majisima y nos indicó lo más interesante por ver en la antigua judería. Nos recomendó una heladería que superó las expectativas de los más grandes y pequeño. El desayuno de buffet estuvo bien. Volvería allí.

Location is amazing, mountain view is stunning. Great heating in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Good to dry clothes.

Staff is unfriendly. No smiles at all. Look nervous when you approach them for any reason. Smell in the lobby is unpleasant (either it’s room fresher or any cleaning product). Very poor breakfast for the mountain and northern region: no protein, no any hot omelette or something, only Danone yogurt, variety of sugar glazed donuts and sweet cookies and a couple of pork pates. Dirty floor with the flakes of dust under the bed. Small cockroaches appeared at night, maybe due to the cafe under the room. No proper information regarding additional price for SPA usage. Sauna was not working. No staff appeared at the entrance to the SPA. One day there were plastic glasses for hot tea in the SPA. Next day they changed to paper ones. To sum up: we were really surprised to find all these “inconsistencies” in the hotel with good rates on Booking. The Hotel could be amazing, but they need to change the approach.
