The staff and room were excellent. Alba gave a very charming reception and later her successor went out of her way to assist us.
The food was disappointing but mainly due to high expectation and unfamiliar taste so I am not complaining but hope next time the menu may have changed.

Good room. Excellent restaurant meal.
The wait to check in! There was an African woman arguing with the poor receptionist about whether or not she would get a free breakfast. This went on for half an hour and in the end I said I would pay for her breakfast! Awful!!

Beautiful location, lovely property, modern comfortable room.
No secure bike storage. Told to use an insecure rack in the outside car park. Absolutely no compromise from the management unlike every hotel I’ve stayed in in the last 3 weeks. Appalling attitude.
