1. Lokasi berdekatan dengan Aman Central Mall dan Menara Alor Setar. Jalan kaki 5 minit
2. Bilik yang luas dan selesa untuk menginap.
3. Kemudahan parking untuk kereta dan motosikal juga disediakan.
4. Ada kemudahan kolam renang.
5. Ada dewan badminton dan futsal.
6. Kemudahan asas dalam bilik seperti cerek elektrik dan air mineral 2 botol disediakan. Ada juga nescafe 3 in 1.
1. Bilik tiada peti sejuk.
2. Tekanan air yang rendah di tingkat 5. Kadang-kadang laju lepas itu jadi slow.
3. Jika hendak ke Aman Central atau ke Menara Alor setar kena lintas jalan utama yang sesak dengan kenderaan. Harus berhati-hati semasa hendak melintas jalan.
