location is good, conveniently located nearby eating places and close to the city center
the room condition could've been better, booked 2 rooms, one of em has cigarettes smell lingering tho it's a non smoking room.
Room condition is worth paying for it's price however the bathroom condition is due for an upgrade.

A nice place to stay with family. Enjoyed the swimming pool and close to interesting places in Alor Star ie food stall , museum, stadium etc.
