The rooms and facility needs refurbishing and upgrading, the gym lack of air conditioning, the main pool is very clean but the small one next to it no. The hotel has amazing potential but its need repairs and upgrades mainly in the rooms.

Great service! Very nice people, always available and ready to assist. The people on the dining room were very nice and welcoming
The facility is pretty old, not very clean, the beds are not comfortable, the food is very basic (dinner and breakfast)

Lovely atmosphere. Bit randomly Greek themed but it worked really well because the hotel felt like this incredible haven. Staff were really lovely. Would recommend.

So this is a tough one to rate because it's just a weird place. I think the staff are great, very helpful and hardworking. Once I got into an appropriate room for what I booked, the rooms are very nice, large, clean, no complaints. My aircon wasn't working and staff got it fixed quickly. They have a great pool, the gym is hot with no fans, but the equipment is great. Wifi great.
So, the place on the outside exterior is very run down and looks awful unfortunately. The pictures of the river running through the place is actually really creepy and not clean or inviting to kayak around. It's weird. The location is off a road that would be dangerous to walk into town at night and their shuttle stops at 10pm. I think the weirdest part about the place is that it's a rather large property and I didn't see a single guest for half a day and then finally saw a few others, but it feels like you are in a weird theme park thats run down and very disconnected. The food is also terrible and expensive. Poor value for the cost I paid.
