The garden bungalows are separate with a veranda at the front. The rooms are a good size with a big bathroom. Everything was nice and clean. The pool is really lovely. Breakfast choice is basic but freshly cooked by the owner and tasty .
The hotel is situated out of town next to rice fields in a quiet area. It is about a 15 min walk into Pai town. You can get a taxi if you are too tired to walk back. If you are walking in the dark i suggest you take a torch so vehicles can see you !
There is a small Long Neck Village 15 mins or so walk further up the road which is worth visiting. The ladies are really sweet and there is a nice little cafe on site.

The peace experienced at this property was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful. Close enough to walk to the main part of the Pai for food and entertainment yet far enough away that we didn’t hear the traffic or anything other than nature. I will be back again.

It was good value for what we paid, but we had a 35% last min booking discount. I don’t think the particular room we had was worth more than what we paid. Liked that it was out of town and away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to drive (we had a car) to most places we wanted to get to easily. Room was cleaned and towels replaced daily.
The reviews were so good here that our expectations were let down slightly - so I wanted to write a realistic review from
our experience for perspective. We were in room 126 - down several steps in the bush and away from other rooms. It was nice to be private but the room was very dark. There were many mosquitoes - if you didn’t shut the door within seconds they would come in the room. We ended up buying a citronella insense coil to burn outside the room from the 7/11. The pool was small and always busy with the many other families staying so we only had one swim there…not sure if it was chlorinated as it was murky and the overflow from it went into the coy fish pond that surrounded the pool.
