Location is awesome. We wish the swim up bar and snack bar was open, but it was during the week, when we were there.
Closed swim up bar. Closed snack shack. No servers around the pool.

Staff service was excellent.
The term balcony was a joke because you could barely stand on it. Nothing on the grounds seemed to be fully open. Dining amenities were lacking.
