It's the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in out of the 50 or more i already have in Bali

Its close to legian food court,The staff try their best to help however they can and are very pleasant but it doesn't make the hotel quieter

The NOISE from the roosters,People dragging furniture around the rooms above and slamming doors. Even had to ask a maintenance staff member to stop slamming the shower service door one morning,If you want a peaceful holiday this isn't the hotel for you

The staff was so sweet. Nice hotel and room. Looks like the pictures and I can't put a finger on anything towards the staff and room. Hot showers and a working aircondition.

The hotel is very loud and bad behaviour. There were a bunch of guest whom travelled as a group and they were very loud. I could hear them from my room, and even at breakfast or when I used the pool area a everywhere. I wished the staff would have said something to them about how to behave at a hotel because they noticed them.

I wont stay here again this trip was worse then the last

Its close to the legian food market

The rooster next door that starts at 3:30 - 4:00 am daily and continues throughout the day,The school beside that with screaming children 6 days a week starting very early,The guests ans sometimes the staff have no care for other guests and dont bother to keep quiet slamming doors and maintenance work early mornings

1.Taxi services are not offering by Hotel ,even they are not giving any information regarding local travel. 2. Cockroaches are there in the room 3.Fixed Shower is available and water is not spaying properly.

Awesome place to stay

The staff are amazing. Restaurant staff very friendly and treat you like old friends. The rooms were comfortable. The spa services were also very good

The pool was cold as limited sun but probably not much can be done about that.

Disappointing room allocation for long-stay

I like Bliss Surfer and the location. It was my second stay. Beds are comfy. The staff are very friendly.

Disappointed in room allocations for a month long stay. Initial room was called a garden view room. These rooms look over the surrounding home compounds with many roosters which crowed for the first 1.5 hours of arrival in the afternoon. The balcony becomes an echo chamber for their crowing. I requested a room change. I was put in room 406. WIFI was terrible. Had to go to the lift to use Gojek app. or check emails. They kept on sending staff up to check for three weeks and finally told me that that room doesn't get WIFI ever due to the density of the concrete walls.

Good value for money

Comfy bed & pillows Good air con kept room cool

Noisy roosters crowing in the early hours nearby. Noisy neighbours within the hotel, slamming doors & dragging chairs across their room. The pool didn't get much sun & the water was very cool.

Exceptional

Omg...the bed and pillows are the best! I always have the best nights sleep here. I also used the Spa for the first time.. .and it was wonderful. Thanks Pretty for a lovally massage and facial!

Nothing I don't like about this hotel...I'm a regular.

The photos are deceptive. Staff were great but hotel not what I expected

right in the thick of thing in Legian (if that’s what you like). Staff were lovely.

Shower had soap scum build up and could have been much cleaner. rest of the bathroom/room was clean. pool was not inviting at all. rotten/wobbly decking. food was dismal. overcooked steak, egg in omelette was off, jam was off. wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast as not enough options.

Very good :)

The breakfast was amazing. Th balcony is cute and make you feel privacy. Totally worth it for the amount of money paid.

The big bed is not actually a bed. There are two beds together which you can feel it.

Really enjoyed and would return! The hotel is fantastic value for money!

The hotel rooms were really good. The spa was so amazing. very cheap prices and best massage I have ever had in my life! The food and cocktails were brilliant! the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do more for you. They catered for me being gluten free and so friendly. Special mention to April she was so lovely and made our stay so nice. Thank you so much!

The pool is in the shade most of the time. if your not a sunbather this would not be an issue. The decking around the pool could do with an upgrade. The cockerels in neighbouring areas are very loud but this is common in Bali. They are cockerels everywhere due to tradition.

Very nice hotel

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The hotel is in a nice location so you can get to different places in a reasonable time.

A lot of ants, if you leave your drink for 5 minutes its gonna be covered in ants.

Pool a little dirty, and some other guests were a little noisy in hallway but not for long periods of time.

friendly stuff and near shop

staff helpful and friendly, pool, airport pick up around $20 , sofa in balcony , level 5 hotel it’s spa, near shop, loundry service, foods courts less then 5 min walk right side hotel, next to mini market circle and ATM bank.

Fantastic value, a hotel with a great vibe.

The staff are amazing, location is fantastic, occasion planning brilliant, attentive to all our needs, food at bombora was brilliant, pool was always clean. Mattress is fantastic

The facilities are getting a bit run down, the elevator lights need replacing, the aircon in the elevator is no good, the rooms need a little work and new pillows were needed as they were a bit lumpy.
