It was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable too. The staff were extremely accommodating and so sweet!! Made my first experience in Bali an unforgettable one.
Some of the male guests at the hotel were loud at night (if your room is near the pool) and occasionally made me uncomfortable when I was trying to enjoy pool time or breakfast. This obviously is not the hotel or staffs fault at all

Amazing hotel with great value. Food and drinks were great, restaurant area is fab, Andy in particular was so lovely and helpful! Also construction in lobby is far away from the rooms so not a problem at all, didn't hear it!
Walls were a bit thin between rooms so heard other guests in corridors. Music at the bar/pool area was too loud during the day until 10pm and not great for trying to relax.
