For the price paid the hotel was good value.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Fridge broke down but was qyuickly replaced. Breakfast was good could have had a wider range but was OK. Pool and pool bar were good, all meals at the hotel were good.

Location is starting to get a little run down altghhough we still have a few favourite restaraunts in this area.

Don’t ever stay at this place

False advertising they charge you heaps for the rooms that aren’t even worth anywhere near the asking price they charge you for a good room and put you in a bad room I moved rooms 3 times because I wanted what I paid for.

False advertising the pool didn’t have chlorine when I had Bali Belly and was super sick I asked for an apple the brought up a rotten apple and charged me $10aus for it the manager was rude list goes on if you want more please email me

The Magani served as a central location to explore West Bali, however Kuta was not for us.

For the money, the Magani was suitable. We were able to use the Business Centre (almost exclusively) and the rooms and pool were clean. Our room was spacious and accommodated us for our 6 night stay. The staff are friendly and the security out front is reassuring, given Kuta's character is eclectic and the road is very busy.

I do not think we stayed in the most updated room, therefore it will require attention shortly. The TV channels/facility could be improved to reflect the more modern approach to streaming (although Indonesia limits foreign streaming services). The message from the hotel warning guests that if they were to leave 'stains' on soft furnishings they would be charged was off-putting. I later found washed-out, faded 'stains' in our bed linen (which was not changed during our stay). The food and drinks at the bar/restaurant requires improvement - in taste, presentation and variety. One can be paranoid about eateries in Bali and whilst the food was not undercooked etc., it's quality was poor.

Lauter Ballermann Ausflug

Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren bemüht

Leider ist die Liste hier länger: Das schlimmste war mMn der ständige Rauchgestank aus der Klimaanlage. So bald die Klima lief hatte man das Gefühl jemand raucht im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist EXTREM hellhörig, da ausschließlich Party-Australier hier sind, kann man ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen. Bad hatte viele schimmlige Stellen. Das Hotel ist komplett auf australische Ballermanntouristen ausgelegt und auch so in die Jahre gekommen.

Lovely stay at the Magani really enjoyed the location & the staff were lovely. Drag night was lots of fun!!

Location was first class, near great restaurants, reliable money changers, good shopping & fab spas. The two for one cocktails were a winner for a girls trip 😀

The bathrooms are small & dark so difficult for two ladies to do their makeup before a night out. Also the safe in our room did not work, they attempted to fix it but it still didn’t work for half our stay.

Put me and my friends so far apart. I wanted a room near them or next to them for safety reasons. But they didn't asked but they couldn't accommodate. The pool was too cold.

Always a perfect stay here!

This was our second stay here and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again! The rooms are always clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the beach is a short 10 minute walk away, the hotel is right next to a mini mart, a pharmacy, a massage salon, loads of great restaurants nearby and lots of great markets. The hotel restaurant does really great food, and the buffet breakfast is always full of options.

There's not a negative thing I could say about this place 😊

Great location and beautiful rooms

The location is fantastic, close to everything you could need and not too far for day trips around the island.

The pool from about 2pm onwards got no sun due to being in the middle of the hotel so it was too cold to use or sun bake around. Otherwise no issues at all!

Great place and staff! Would stay again!

Beautiful spacious room and excellent bed/pillows. Location was superb. Staff service was excellent.

Towels were very old and scratchy - stark contrast to the beautiful bed linens. In room dining very very limited and restaurant menu expensive and disappointing for Italian.

Excellent, and would definitely recommend The Magani.

Breakfast was magnificent. Staff amazing and lovely. Rooms were very spacious, modern and always cleaned daily. All the staff were very accommodating always. Restaurant was very, very good. Reception staff and money changer were exceptional. Rooms always maintained beautifully. (We had a pool facing room) . The hotel is so central, you can walk to garlic lane, great spa and massage businesses. Beach was only a short stroll. Great local Shopping and local restaurants very close by. A special shout out to the security staff at the front entrance, who always stop the traffic so you can walk across the road. Absolutely loved our stay at The Magani and would definitely stay again.

The only thing that was disappointing, I found the beds and large feather pillows uncomfortable but have read other reviews and most people love the beds and pillows. (I can only speak for the single beds. It may be a different for the double/Queen size beds)

Lovely stay at the Magani

Lovely staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Great location. Value for money. It’s not luxury but definitely clean and comfortable. I love the fact that there is a lot of shade around the pool, I don’t like sitting in the sun. Breakfast adequate, great barista coffee. I would stay again for sure.

good hotel in central denpasar

Room was good, so was the pool and the location of the hotel. staff was nice and the night we reached, we got to know that they have free 3 times a week Drag queen show which is quite entertaining. so overall good experience

The sink in the washroom was clogged. so the drain was slow. the pool was good but there was a new construction happening on the opposite side and we felt the privacy was being affected.

Great location, amazing staff and fantastic rooms

Overall we loved our stay at The Magani. The staff were amazing, attentive and very friendly. The security guards, reception team, pool guys and room service staff were all amazing! This is one of the many reasons we keep coming back to Bali. The rooms were nicely done, a good size and well finished - they had everything you needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were the best I’ve ever had. Each room had a balcony and they were large and had a great overlook of the pool. The meals at Mozzarella were delicious and the free shows were very entertaining. The hotel was in a great location, not far from Kuta or Seminyak so it was close to everything we needed.

Although it seems like a lot, it is all constructive feedback and was minor considering the rest of our stay. We felt the rooms were quite loud - the mini fridge, the aircon and the streets below. We understand the hotel is in a great central location but the front door offered no sound proofing at all. The air conditioning was also too loud to sleep with so we turned it off every night. Maintenance did check the air con out after the first night but there seemed to be no improvement in noise. There was a lack of power points in the room, we had to unplug both lamps to charge our phones, unless we wanted to charge them in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have chargers beside the beds. We also felt the buffet breakfast lacked options compared to other hotels we have stayed at, both in Bali and overseas, but it was okay and had the necessities. The pool was also quite cold the couple of times we swam but this is just an oversight in the construction of the hotel so cannot really be helped
