Номер чистый , кофемашина в номере и чайник с чаем и кофе , которые пополняются каждый день

Видовой отель , ресторан на крыше невероятный , можно просто наслаждаться видом моря , закатами …

Нет шкафа , нет балкона , совершенно некуда развесить мокрый купальник даже в ванной комнате .душевой кабины как таковой нет , стеклянная перегородка не спасает от протекания воды а раковина и унитазу , постоянная лужа , поэтому наверное и уборка : раза а день в номерах

Super mooi en hip hotel aan het strand. Veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand waarvan een supermarkt en ATM precies naast het hotel bevind wat super handige uitkomst voor mij was. Zelfs een designers mall op loopafstand. De service is uitstekend en het personeel doet er alles aan om je een goed en plezierig verblijf te geven. Verder is er een kleine maar goed uitgeruste gym, een zwembad en kun je je kleding GRATIS wassen en drogen! Ontbijt is a la carte met veel keus zelfs voor de kleintjes onder ons is er een menu. Voor de sfeer is er tijdens het ontbijt live muziek dat verzorgt wordt door een DJ. Het aanbod van het hotel en de prijs die je ervoor betaalt staat goed in verhouding. Kortom een top hotel! Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede locatie, heerlijke rooftop zwembad en bar. Het is een super hotel waar ik met plezier ben verbleven. Zeker een aanrader!

Rooftop pool with an awesome view!

The location is nice, across the road is the beach, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, massage Studios right around the corner! Fitness studio, nice breakfast, comfortable, big rooms! Rooftop pool and restaurant is stunning!

Schöner View-Point mit der Nöhe zum Meer, allerdings sehr laut.

Der Ausblick und die Nähe zum Meer sind phantastisch.

Wer hier Ruhe sucht ist falsch. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer und von morgens bis abends trällert laute Musik im ganzen Hotel.

Great choice if you’re not after quiet atmosphere

This hotel is in the great location with a bunch of surfing schools and spots for beginners nearby. On the other hand the area is rather busy. On-site restaurants are fine with moderate prices. BTW, their breakfasts definitely worth to be booked with apartment. Rooftop pool is a great bonus. Staff team is VERY friendly.

Room is rather small with no balcony and not so much storage space (especially for suitcases). There is only one elevator in operation, so you’ll spend lots of time just waiting for it.

Will stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, no matter the selection. We prefer not to have a buffet as the quality of food is more often than not, better. Good options available. Roof top pool although not large was a good size for the size of the hotel. Staff bring a professional, cool vibe.

Great place for party people, less great if you want to sleep well

The hotel is very well-located right next to the Kuta Beach. The room was clean and cozy, the infinity pool on the rooftop had a very nice view. Restaurant on the rooftop is also very nice and has regular prices. Having a laundry corner for the guests to use is super convenient when someone is staying a bit longer.

It's quite noisy - we've read such opinions before, but decided to find out by ourselves. The walls are practically out of cardboard and you can hear everything not only from the rooms next to your, but also music during the night.

The check-in process was handled poorly, there was no reception or greeting from anyone when i arrived, and there was no mention of a welcome drink voucher.

location can’t be beat: beachfront & 5 min walk to Beachwalk mall. hotel is beautiful and staff are exceptional: very helpful, kind and understanding. great amenities. Food and beverages are great.

we like the rooftop the most. the staff were excellent. all the needs were met by the staff. only on the last day at night kids playing outside our room and making lot of noise. they were playing as if it is playground. bathroom door is little bit inconvenient

great value, nice modern hotel and staff

spacious room, well-equipped gym, great rooftop social club, nice breakfast choices, and great service!! definitely, a nice hotel that convinced me to visit other Ovolo hotels

it was pretty noisy, the windows do not insulate well, the terrace lacks privacy and has no view, although the hotel is next to the beach I didn't spend any time there as it's so polluted!!

Disappointing

Contemporary and young hotel with vibrant team spirit and I have noticed a number of times the service team were grouping together and working very enthusiastically - with great smiles!

It appears that the hotel targets single, group and couple travellers but not family travellers. I travelled as a family and did not find this place to be child-friendly. After receiving 3 complimentary drink vouchers, I went to the rooftop to redeem the vouchers. There were only two choices of mocktails which is fine for two adults but when I asked for some fruit juice for the third drink for the child - this was not possible. Similarly I notified the room occupancy for 2 adults and a child when we booked for room + breakfast. However, when the breakfast menu option was presented (limited to one item per person), we were not offered a breakfast item for the child. We ended up paying extra for other breakfast items but the bakery basket did not have freshly baked items - the croissant was very stale. My child was disappointed with the lack of drink and lack of food choices. For a family traveller, when a child is not served well, the experience is very bad. We ended up going outside to another hotel for all other meals.

Magnificent in Kuta

Couldn't get a better location, close to the restaurants bars etc and directly opposite the beach with surfs breaks. The room was fantastic and the staff were outstanding 👏

There was a DJ that played thumping music until 1 am. If we knew about this we would have booked somewhere else.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely amazing. The communication with the hotel staff was very quick and professional. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and kind. Our 2,5 year old felt very well here. I did also have a birthday coming in the next couple of days and they made me a lovely card and brought a birthday cake to the room. Very lovely! thank you! We loved the decor of the room, the rooftop bar was awesome as well as the pool and the gym. We were really happy with this choice for our super short stay in Bali.

the room is clean

- when taking shower, water always comes out from shower area to the closet area, as a result the bathroom mat is always wet. it’s so uncomfortable as we must always drying the wet closet area with lots of tissue. - the room lights are not bright enough, the room is dark - breakfast is not a buffet, no wonder after knowing the breakfast price per person is 100 thousand rupiah

Best time in Kuta

Rooms, rooftop, facilities, top location. Yoga and Boxing classes are available for free. I'll be back for sure
