The staff, the buffet breakfast, Pool happy hour, access to an on-site spa, beach accessibility, the plunge pool hotel room and cleanliness.
Despite securing the night before so that access to a room wouldn't be an issue with the early morning arrival. The room wasn't ready however the manager did make things right because of the inconvenience.

We stayed in a Twin Standard Room with our 10-year-old daughter. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the property is showing its age, and there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and general upkeep. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the accommodation offered the best value for money. With some maintenance and refurbishment, the property could provide a much more enjoyable guest experience.
Overall, we felt the accommodation could offer better value for money. With some refurbishment, improved upkeep and a refreshed breakfast offering, this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.
