It was on our route from Christchurch to Queenstown. Facilities were basic but good.
A bit away from the town centre especially with kids.

Very well appointed, clean room. The bed was really comfy. Room was warm and quiet.

cleanliness and staff
cold, hard lighting, couch was had weak support,
bed was ok, but not very comfortable. Traffic was noisy at night. I thought the signage in kitchen was unfriendly towards foreigners.
