A lovely relaxing stay in a comfortable, well-equipped environment.

Everything was lovely, nice tidy and clean, with comfortable bed and bedding, comfy chairs and a well equipped kitchen. This made self-catering a lot easier. We appreciated that the units were not connected to others, which made it a very quiet place to stay.

Nothing! I would happily stay here again.

Exceptional

We had to change our check-in time cus at the last minute from 5pm to 9pm but Angeline (Receptionist) was very kind and understanding on our change. We were offered to just get into the room without popping into reception cus of our late arrival (We went in anyway!) She'd even turned on the heater for us before our arrival so we could get into the warm bed straight away! Thank you so much for your kind arrangement :)

Above expectation in every way.

Not sure what to write here except from EVERYTHING. Right from check in to departure the experience was exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and inviting. Room was above all expectations. Fully insulated, heat pump, very new and well maintained. Well suited for a family to stay. Whilst we only had one night here, we could have easily stayed much much longer.

Exceptional

This property was perfect for our stay! Lovely bed and very clean. Unfortunately we had to be away early in the morning so couldn’t take advantage of a late check out that day. We will use again in the future.

A lovely, sparkling clean location. It’s now our preferred choice of a place to stay when we’re in Geraldine.

Nice and roomy and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge chairs, a comfy bed, and easy parking.

Nothing, really. Some shampoo would have been nice. Since most other places make it available, we’ve quit bringing it along. It might just have been an oversight this time. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

Fresh and tidy not tired

Low bench height due to being in wheel chair unit however the unit was roomier because of this.

nice bed comfy, clean tidy , stylish, modern touches , tidy nice grounds good parking

no luggage stands , more sockets or multi plugs would be good , no range hood so cooking set off smoke alarm .

a great cozy place to stay.

clean, cozy, great location, and the hosts were great and very friendly.

The mattress in the motel is a bit soft for us as we are used to sleep on firm mattress.

Close proximity to road - but we know this is an issue for us and same applies to other motels in the area.

Nice play to stay in Geraldine.

Nice little units just on the edge of town, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you needed and the shower was decent.

Spacious living area with kitchenette. Two recliner seats which were very comfortable.

Small bathroom, mirror not aligned with basin.

Very clean and tidy unit with modern conveniences. Very helpful staff.

The basin in the bathroom was very small. The air con unit was struggling to cool the room. I iron and ironing board would have been great.

Angeline is an excellent host, responsive and helpful. She suggested dinning and sightseeing option. A fair size, modern studio was very clean and nicely furnished. It had well equipped kitchentte. We enjoyed the sunset view from the porch and nice flower garden in front of our unit. We would highly recommend it.

Nice retreat to unwind

Good communication with hosts, nice area to explore. tidy and clean property. best pillows ever encountered, and bed was comfortable. Recommend the Running Duck for great food &coffee, the supermarket for bakery food.

An over-priced basic cabin in a country location.

The good point about this place is the friendly staff, it is clean and the bed is nice and soft. The toilet and shower are adequate.

This is a simple and basic place to lodge for a night. However, I feel it is overpriced for a cabin. I got a much better and bigger facility at a motel in Christchurch at a similar or even slightly lower price. The TV is not much bigger than my desktop computer monitor. There is a small table, but no desk.

Really enjoyed our stay, terrific location, wonderful owners, clean & well furnished.

We had a function at Stonebridge and Black on Grey is 2 minutes walk away. Great having your own individual unit. Very clean. Angeline is super friendly and helpful, and communication is terrific.

The bathroom is adequate but quite small.
