I didn't like that parking wasn't designated and anyone can park in front of any room.

we checked in late but when we arrived the place was so warm they turned on the heat pump for us.

We were delayed a day due to Ferry not sailing, they were very understanding. The day we sailed er were going to be late check in, the lady put on our heaters closed the curtains so everything was cozy and warm for us. AAA +++
With being a busy place, the hot water went cold and the spa was not appreciated when cold.

Nicely set out great location nice and clean. Great size fridge freezer. Comfy beds
Being told you got it too cheap and that won't be happening again.
The disabled unit we had the wet floor in the shower was badly lifted as in a very large amount and when you stood on the good part your could hear the glue squalching ready to come completely unstuck even more and actually a hazard and no shower seat. I thought the owner may not know but when mentioned told me it had been like it for 10 years and was too expensive to fix. I was shocked as both of us that stayed have disabilities.
The rubbish bin was a pedal bin that could not be opened easily at all from the top luckily we could use our feet.
The microwave was great but you had to pull so hard to open the door that the whole thing moved towards you and the coffee plunger and glasses were up so high that most would not reach them.
We found when the next unit went to the bathroom their light would light the room as the back door really needed a blind or something to counteract this.
I always sleep on top of a bed to which I bring my own under blanket and top blanket and my own pillow. Upon telling the owner this she said I made more work for her as now she would have to wash the cover of the bed due to health regulations . I'm still a bit baffled by this as alot of people sit on beds and get changed on beds. It seemed like she didn't want us there and considering there were only about 5 units used out of 30 something you would think differently but maybe that's why if this is the attitude she takes.
All in all, for most people without disabilities these are probably fine. But we wouldn't stay there again due to the attitude of the lady.
No one wants to go away and get attitude and have things that need attention on, like the 10 year shower problem not fixed or get told in advance as it could be very unsuitable for a disabled person.
I'm sure health and safety would not pass this unit.
These units were definitely not worth the full price they were asking.
