We stayed here as a group of friends riding our motorcycles overland to Nordkapp and return.
Lovely apartments, very well presented with excellent facilities, all set in a beautiful location..
Easy access, and friendly welcome from staff.
Absolutely perfect for our needs and travelling style.
Would happily return and recommend to other like minded travellers.

Spacious village, but we got 2 village to accommodate our family better. Comfortable beds, equipped quicken and a “balcony” for the frozen forest which my kids loved it for making snow man’s there. The sauna inside the bathroom was a plus we loved. The staff at the clothing locker were very kind and one young lady in the front desk. The Ranua Zoo is worth a visit, kids loved it, but the staff really needs to improve their customer service.
The cleaning was a problem as they make a lot of excuses NOT TO make it happen. We were there for quite a few days and they got it clean 2 times, and only after a bunch of requests. Also the breakfast away from the villas, or you have to drive or walk quite a few in the cold. And breakfast was pretty much the same every single day. Staff were mostly not very friendly and some were even extremely rude, especially the ones in the Ranua zoo store and in the breakfast restaurant.

Spacious, lovely and warm, amazing views, had everything we needed.
One very small point - the children’s open plan sleeping area meant they were easily disturbed.

The cabin itself was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were amazing and facilities were great. The included breakfast had a lot of food options in the Buffet. We were there with -35 degrees and the cabin was well heated as were all the other buildings. The zoo was amazing. Good food choices and only a short drive away from the supermarket
