At the beach, very friendly staff always with a smile. Basic breakfast is available and dinner too. Overall a nice stay despite the bad weather

The welcome we received here was lovely, the manager Joshi was wonderful, so helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant is great and the place is brightly decorated so always feels welcoming when to arrive.
The bathroom shower was rather basic, but did the job!
Unfortunately the pool hadn't been cleaned sufficiently and was rather dirty which spoilt the experience. This could be easily solved with regular cleaning.
Not due to the hotel, but you're not allowed to simp in the sea.

It was right on the beach that was amazing for sunrise view. Staff was friendly!
There were ants in our room but we were in the jungle so there are probably ants in every room there🤷♀️

The staff were friendly - when the manager discovered there had been a problem with our room since day one he refunded some money to us as it wasn’t fixed. However only the manager really speaks English so be prepared to use google translate if he is off & you don’t speak Spanish! Very close to the beach - but you can’t swim in the sea due to strong rip tides & bull sharks.
Noisy & the curtains didn’t go all the way across the window - we were on the ground floor next to the restaurant & entrance so there was constantly people passing by - often with head torches shining in as they went on night walks. We had to hang a towel up for some privacy. There was a leak in the bathroom from day one which was a problem that they didn’t manage to fix, nor did they offer us a different room until the last day when the manager came back. The pool wasn’t in use on the last day as it was being drained & cleaned.
