There was plenty of space and things to do, and I really appreciate the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
A special shoutout to Zeynel and Ahsen from Customer Relations, and the chef who prepared separate meals for my wife with a celiac allergy. Ahmet was also very friendly and helpful in the Bar area. And let’s not forget the guy who didn’t get his name in the Hamam and massage area—that was a bit of a funny story!
The food selection was good and changed regularly, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the meals. Oh, and did I mention the adorable mum and kittens that live near our rooms? They’re well-cared for by the staff, and they’re always a treat to see.
Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s a great spot for a fun and memorable stay.

Everything, the staff were mean, the property had no flexibility in activities on beach, foods and bars. The free bar closes at 12 night its not 24 hours inclusive. The food wasn’t good and no variety, and the pool water was too cold. No welcome or baggage assistance employees and bad customer service. They pretty much scam travellers. We will never go back to this hotel again.
