It’s located between Kappl and Ischgl and they have the free shuttles to all lifts and back. The ski shop is inside the hotel. There is very big spa downstairs as well. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

The breakfast and the rooms. Also, the guys from the shuttle are very polite.
The reception was a deception. All the personnel was untrained and unhelpful. It is a 5 stars hotel, but the personnel from the reception is 1 star in terms of professionalism.
