Everything, the staff were so accommodating, patient with us and my broken Japanese and understanding to make sure our visit was amazing.
Food was fantastic and top notch! Enjoyed the whole experience. We'll be back for sure!
It's hard to pick something for here, but the only downside was there is t a huge amount of room for our suitcases, which to be fair, we're pretty big. We managed to work around that though and I'm really just nitpicking here. You should book here 😂

A bit far from Kyoto city but ok with us. The private balcony onsen is very convenient, the environment and interior decorations make you more relaxed and felt comfortable, the room is spacious, food quality and choices of breakfast and dinner are great, staffs are very polite and helpful, will stay again!
