The hotel has an excellent location with amazing views, and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was new, modern and comfortable, and the food was also very good. Most of the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist who received us was initially normal, but after our nationality was mentioned, her facial expression and attitude noticeably changed, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I cannot say what her personal reasons were, but the change in attitude was very clear to us. I would like to emphasize that this experience was related only to the person who handled our check-in, as the rest of the hotel staff were professional, friendly and treated us very well.

We had a fantastic stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket. 1.The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.
2.The property is very well designed, and the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
3.The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming
4. The service was one of the highlights of the experience, and the team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
5.Food at Tambu,a michellin star rated restaurant,was amazing.Apart from this the breakfast had a good variety of options and the overall dining experience was enjoyable.
