It was our baby's first vacation and we couldn't have asked for anything else. The property was amazing, the staff were super friendly (special call out to Tuk and Dai) and the food was decent. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool all days💜
The only thing we didn't like were the desserts we ordered as part of room service :)

Everything. It was amazing. The staff were exceptional. Couldn’t fault them at all. The pools were the best. Room as lovely and looked over the pool.

Big spacious property with great facilities.
Honeymoon trip, and they gave us two single beds pushed together which usually isn't an issue. But this time they were to middle lamps in the middle meaning we couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed for safety reasons. (Bear in mind we booked a king bed on the "elite floor.")
The staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Had 3 encounters with 3 separate staff that made the trip slightly unpleasant. We went on a honeymoon trip and stayed in top hotels in Bali and Phuket and found the staffs willingness to help and general mood was far off radisson in Uluwatu, royal pita maha in Ubud)
Was also put in contact with a Marriott bonvoy agent as I was interested in joining. But this trip has made me unlikely to consider it
