The room was big, the beds are big. It was clean in the hotel. You are in the middle of Seul vibe and nightlife.
The furniture could get an upgrade, The shower was in the middle of the bathroom, The outside terrace could be imporoved.

Very comfortable. The staff and residents were very friendly. Near to the restaurants, convinience store and olive young which is my mom's favorite store. We love the simple breakfastð
The toilet was abit stinky because of the drainage I think.

The hotel location is excellent.
It is good for them to provide eggs for breakfast daily.
The WIFi was lousy, I was not able to watch any of my US based news or English shows.
The room is on the third floor which has no lift, no one helped to carry my luggage upon check in or check out !!
No one is at the check in desk when I was locked out my room by accident. There is NO emergency contact number for guests.
