Location, facilities around, cleanliness and size of room. Very accessible as it is really near to Hongik Uni metro. Various eateries around and accessible kitchen and laundry services. They provided extensions of electricity outputs: appreciated that very much. Very near to Red Road (Hong Dae shopping street). The twin room is cozy, enough space to move around and the most important is, it's really clean. Owners spoke fluent English and they're really friendly and approachable. Great and comfortable stay...

Location is amazing, one of my favorite Seoul neighborhoods. You got convenience stores, metro, shops, restaurant, all within 5 minutes walking distance. Owners/staff were genuinely thoughtful and helpful arrival video, clear instructions, luggage storage, free towel exchange. Good amenities for the price, cheap breakfast, laundry, proper private shower rooms, vanity area with hairdryer and straightener
Wi-Fi not working reliably in the room. Common area wasn’t the best, and the bed/pillow weren’t too comfy.

The location was great. The beds had curtains for privacy which was great. The hostel also had hair dryers, a washing machine/dryer and bits of food to make breakfast with. Excellent value for money.
A lot of the guests are long-term renters, meaning they can be very rude and anti-social as they feel you are encroaching on their space/bedroom. I felt very uncomfortable around one particular guest in my room. The showers weren’t the best, but fine for the cost.
