Great accommodation, from the moment I arrived the owner was very welcoming and personable and made sure I knew where everything was. Throughout my stay he was very happy to help, including with laundry.
I stayed in the private room and honestly it was one of the most comfortable mattresses I had during my time in South Korea. The room had plenty of space. My only feedback on the room is that a small lamp would be a great addition to add some ambience beyond the room light - but that is being picky!
I made two friends during my stay and the convenient location of the guesthouse meant we could easily find karaoke and a bar nearby. The train station is only a short walk away, as well as great cafes and food.
The room light is quite bright, so a small bedside lamp would be a great addition to the room.

The location is great, our room was on the 3rd floor, also straight access to the rooftop. The host was very nice. The beds were comfortable
It seemed loud in the morning, a lot of noise coming from the kitchen/dining area from the other guests waking up earlier and chatting away.
Also had a little confusion with finding the right place just after landing and not paying attention, went to the other guest house. The name, the sign, the street looks the same :D
