Self-check-in was nice. The property isn't dependent on a typical check-in process found in hotels. The closest subway station was about 6-7 minutes away on foot. The host also gave some nice recommendations.
Perhaps a minor gripe, but the bed is on the firmer side, which may be less suited to certain travelers. Comfort is subjective, though.

The host (Peter) was amazing! So friendly and accommodating and helpful. The room was small but cosy and comfortable and clean. We had an amazing stay!

For $2,500 a week, I got a shower rigged up from the bathroom sink and a washbasin propped up on bricks. At first, I was pretty upset. But to be fair, I had a huge room, and the cheaper options were fully booked.
