Excellent location in the middle of Flachau, close to supermarket and also the mountain lift. The apartment was nice and spacious and had even 2 balconies. The owners were kind althoug they don't speak English very well. The house has also a pool and sauna which I didnt use, but it was available.
- The water pressure in the bathroom was very low
- The mattress was very hard
- The wifi signal was weak (not reaching the table at the kitchen) and the internet was quite slow

Very well located, ski bus stop almost outside the front door. Rooms very clean and spacious.

Great stay overall. Breakfast was a standard buffet with good options, and the coffee was very nice. The room was excellent, everything felt new, clean, and furnished in a modern style. Cleanliness was top-notch. I especially liked the shower with automatic water mixing, you set the temperature once and it’s perfect. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, exactly to my taste. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The ski lift is close enough to reach on foot, and there is also a convenient bus stop near the hotel.
There wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to be very picky, I would have expected English to be spoken more fluently, but it seems most guests come from German-speaking countries. In any case, communication was still possible without any real issues.
