Great location. Helpful staff. Clean accomodation. Garden view apartment meant that tram noise was very minimal (more of a gentle hum/rumble) so sleep was not disturbed.
WiFi cut out for the last 3 days of my stay, so I had to buy extra mobile data. Tap water did not get cold (only lukewarm) which wasn't great when it came to filling up my water bottle, but it was drinkable.

Reception staff were nice and friendly. Location was great .
Aircon broken in the bedroom before we arrived so we had a pool of water on the floor that we kept drying ourselves . Safe didn’t work either and continuous noise from the trams
