El lugar es amplio y moderno. Está bien ubicado para ir caminando a los lugares recomendados para visitar. El personal es muy atento, especialmente los de restaurante. Cuando llegue me dieron una mejor habitación y me permitieron quedarme un poco más el día del check out. Muy recomendable.
Lo único para mencionar es el agua caliente, me gusta bañarme con agua bien caliente pero salía más bien templada.

Room was very nice, bed comfortable, shower with hot water. Grounds were relaxing, with a nicked little lawn area by restaurant. Staff was accommodating for an early check in.
I got a deep tissue massage at their spa, Sowa. Staff did not moderate pressure despite repeated requests to have a lighter touch. It was as though they had only one setting and could not adjust to what client wanted. Spa staff needs better training. I chose to go to another spa nearby the next day and I had a better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Shambaling Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions while still offering a peaceful setting. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with any request. Breakfast had a good variety of options each morning. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, and I would gladly return.
