Staff very welcoming and friendly. Decent breakfast selection. Easy on site parking available.
We had a car but future guests without one might consider the distance from the historic centre a bit far to be convenient.

It was clean, comfortable, and quite modern.
The location was good, but not nice for a hotel. Sure I ended by communist block buildings, it wasn't a very nice view. But it was quiet and convenient.

Front Desk Staff Tase was attentive and cooperative. Had an issue with the shower and the in room safe twice but same was attended to immediately. Location is on the main road with proximity to Malls within 15 mins by taxi.
The staff in the restaurant was unfriendly and uncoordinated. The toaster was not working and when highlighted, the response was 'I dont know' from staff Jorge.
The breakfast is the same on all days with no changes. Coffee from the machine is not hot to the required temperature and is luke warm at best.
No complimentary drinking water provided in the room. Have to order water on your dime.
Shower pressure very low.
