La ubicación ion era muy buena, respondían rápido a consultas y daban buenas sugerencias.

The position of the house was very good, but there was a parking problem
We had a housekeeping issue, the house was cleaned a little late, but was good.

A great location, easy to get to within the restricted, no car zone.
Very minor, but the body soap and conditioner dispenser did not work. Thankfully, I had my own.

The property has an excellent location, with many restaurants just a few steps away and the main landmarks of Brașov within easy walking distance.
The property was also very clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated how quickly the staff responded whenever we needed something… their prompt and helpful communication made a real difference to our stay.
For guests staying for several days, it would perhaps be helpful to have an optional housekeeping service, particularly for vacuuming and refreshing the room. During our stay, the room was not cleaned as often as we would have liked. However, we understand that this may be to avoid disturbing guests, and we also did not specifically request additional cleaning.
