The property location on the river with stunning view is breathtaking. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to serve you.
The room was not as clean as expected, the rug next to the bed was covered with stains, the bathroom and the toilet were very dirty and covered with the prior guests remnants, I had to borrow cleaning detergent from the cleaning lady to do the cleaning myself. We stayed there for four nights and other than exchanging the towels daily, the room was not cleaned even once. Another main issue is the restaurant, the menus is very limited and for a such secluded place I would expect a wider selection

Really lovely spa hotel perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The staff such as Anastasia made sure we had a good experience and paid a local price for the taxis. We paid for the romance package for our honeymoon and it was very worthwhile including a massage each. The restaurant is very nice and the food was lovely. We had a good time. We didnât realise until we checked out but the mini bar was free so make the most of it đ
As other guests have mentioned, it doesnât have air conditioning yet which made it a little bit uncomfortable during the heatwave.
