Beautiful property with stunning rooms. Tranquil location with supremely comfortable beds where I had the best sleep I have had for as long as I can remember. The drive of poplars is stunning. The gardens were lovely to walk around and Christelle made you feel very welcome.

The room was large and nicely decorated, in keeping with the feel of the main property. The breakfast was good and constantly replenished. Particularly loved the homemade yoghurt. The house and grounds are spectacular, I even saw a hare in the fields, when we walked around the back. Very relaxing, easy to find and well located for trips out and the journey back to Cherbourg if you are getting the ferry back to the UK.
The breakfast, although lovely, was a little on the expensive side and as there is nowhere else close, they do have you a little over a barrel. Use of the facilities is so prohibitively expensive for just 2 hours, that one is left feeling it is to dissuade people from using them. It is an incredible building but it is definitely a 3 star which, with a little more, could be a 4 star. We saw huge investment for an event/wedding venue; we wish all the luck in the world in these difficult times. Some information in different languages in the rooms about the history of the property, would be nice.

Fine although if bad weather would’ve been a little problem as walk away from main hotel room
Only supplied 1 small and medium towels for two persons. Could not find
Anyone to correct this problem. Room was a little past it’s best some improvement needed.
