The beach was great and made it all worthwhile. The pool was nice but we did not use it because of the weather. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean we had to wash them before using them. We figured out the soap door on the dishwasher was not opening so thats why dishes were not coming clean. T
When we checked in we were warned that the bathtub was certainly clean even though it didn't look like it. And it was. It was clean but the finish was gone on it and everything was orange and rusty. Hinges and fixtures were rusty. All was liveable and not the end of the world but it didnt get that way over night so if I were the owner I would not have rented it out that way. Room was supposed to have a partial ocean view but not the case. Shrubs in front of porch blocked the view. Overall it was an ok stay. The beach was perfectly beautiful and there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas

We normally stay further south on manasota key but couldn’t get a place and I stumbled across here… the beach was great, pool and room were clean and comfy! We will definitely be coming and staying longer ASAP!

LBK is a great place to vacation or spend a long weekend. Quiet, private beaches with easy access to good restaurants nearby. This location is a great choice… lounge chairs and umbrellas provided… You set them up but they are free to use and there were always chairs available.

The property was perfect! Had everything we needed inside and out. Loved the beach chairs near the water and beach/pool gear was conveniently self-serve. The pool was clean. Perfect for night time swims after at day at the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the condo very much!! The pool was beautiful and of course the gulf is spectacular!!! We think next time we will look for an all adult facility. Even though we have 5 grandchildren it is nice to have a break...next time.

Lovely place with amazing location and view. We really liked our rental and it was fully furnished with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly, Margaret I think was her name. We are coming back at the beginning of January to enjoy the beach and property once again. The price was very reasonable. The unit is a little older, but in very good condition and clean.

Super Clean, all you need to spend days on a very VIP beach,
beach and ocean a very close to the other ones that I had been on Caribbean, warm water even on earlier morning, nobody else on the beach.

Beach is beautiful. Bathroom needs updating. It appears dirty, but this is due to stains on tub and old tile. I would not consider this a beach view unless you add, 'standing on your porch you have a partial view of beach'. Not enough umbrellas for all guest, so we were glad we brought our own. Beach chairs need to be cleaned as several had mold on the back of them. Pool dirty the entire time we were there. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and the bathroom was just gross (my husband's words).

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously... my boyfriend and I wanted to get away for some beach time and to escape the Ohio winter.... We absolutely love the area and Silver Sands. Everyone was very kind to us and available if needed, but not bothersome. Our condo was clean and perfect for us. I love the lanai area in the mornings for coffee.... Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, laundry area... The beach is absolutely perfect.. This is totally a personal preference for me... the bed is a little hard in this particular condo. I’m aware lots of people prefer that... just stating for me, it wasn’t very comfortable. My boyfriend didn’t have an issue with it. �� WE will be back!!
