Staff well trained and very solicitous. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, the breakfast buffet is delicious.
Location is not favourable for walking, and noisy if there are parties in the city.

Really nice hotel. Well located, good facilities (inccl. clean swimming pool and there is even a sauna) . Room is spacious and clean. The common areas are well decorated. . The breakfast is diversified and tasty. There are even some monkeys coming to the patio. Good price quality ratio.

Only the location is good
The hotel is old and the rooms are not well equipped. The location is ok but the other facilities including elevators etc were not up to the standards of a 5 star property. Breakfast doesn’t had much options especially for the people who have restrictions

The location was great. The breakfast was delish, pool setting and garden setting with monkeys in the trees were beautiful. Easy to walk to everything convenient. Nice museum with cafe, bank, post office nearby.
My flight was delayed, so I paid for an extra 2 nights, 1 without being able to stay there and 1 to wait for baggage, there was no bumping of the day and had to pay, please refund if possible 1 of the days, the other I am trying to get reimbursed through American airlines.
