Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is plentiful with great variety so a definite highlight of staying here. It’s a great start to the day! Overall a safe, clean hotel to have as home base for a vacation with excursions.

The location was excellent. The staff was very personable and helpfull (out of the way helpfull). Will definitely use this hotel if ever traveling to salvador again

We were sad to find that the hotel "já era." It seems to be relying on large groups that come and stay, and with the exception of someone at the front desk who I believed was named Renato, you could come and go through reception and not be greeted. The staff seemed slightly demoralized. The lighting in the halls and rooms was really terrible. The place has a good structure, but needs some loving investment.
