Bathroom size and shower size, cleanliness, convenient location if you travel by car and you frequently commute to Milan or Como lake, nice staff.
Noise from the heating fan coil and the fact that you can't change the room temperature yourself, some noise from the next rooms and corridor. Just a few negatives, not really unbearable issues though.
