Staff were nice and polite, property was really clean and tidy. The domestic staff in particular were absolutely amazing
As a solo traveller who is a non driver, the location of the hotel was a huge challenge as no safe pedestrian route to Milan city centre except you use pricey taxis or walk through dodgy bush paths

The breakfast was very nice, staff was kind, room was clean. The shower was huge with a rainfall shower head.
The AC didn't work and we weren't informed upon arrival, only as we were leaving. The beds are uncomfortably firm, like stone with no give. The location was extremely confusing to get to with very loud industrial businesses surrounding the hotel. Excessively noisy at all hours.
