The location- with the park right on the doorstep, very nice. The hotel it's self is very pretty though a little tlc to some of the public areas would make it even better. The first room shown was not acceptable, this was outside of the actual hotel facility. However the staff were very accommodating and found another room which was just fine, within the hotel complex. We didn't try the restaurant but it seemed quite popular. The staff also arranged a taxi for us, which was an excellent service.
We did ask for a wake up call but the staff forgot, which could have been an issue if we hadn't woken up!

Monica - from staff front desk - she made adjustments to make our staying much better.
Part of the accommodations had no lift, with stroller it was not quite nice. The old building needs urgent renovation. It was way below the rooms in the main building and nothing compared with the pictures.
The breakfast was very simple, not many options but the things that they had were good.
