We spent three nights and the hotel was good and good value. The staff was nice and friendly, and it is located between two metro stations (around 5-10 minutes walking), so getting to the city centre on the red line M1 was easy, taking around 15-20 minutes to Duomo. The area is not touristy and might seem sketchy at first, but seemed safe and there are a few nice restaurants around. Parking garage was also great value at 10 EUR per night. It was decently clean. All in all happy with our stay for the price.
It definitely does not seem like a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars at most. The building and furniture is quite dated, the bathrooms for example seem to need renovation (e.g., shower which is very small and looks very dated). Breakfast is ok, but not up to par for a four star hotel.

The people really tries to accommodate our simple needs and made them happen
We booked with my wife and baby and the first room was in the old wing where the stroller couldn’t fit in the elevator and the room had no movable shower head to bathe the baby . I made a complaint and they accepted to transfer us to the newer wing . It was a bit of a hassle and time consuming but after that it was ok . The other room was smaller but ok
