The room was very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of the Sesto Rondò metro station, making it very convenient for visiting Milan and vicinities. The breakfast was great, but the highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
My only complaint is the air conditioning. It never got strong enough to cool the room, and the wall control seemed more like a placebo than a functional thermostat. Aside from that, I had a very good experience.

James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate.
