We have stayed at Playa Linda often over the years when visiting Progreso. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location is excellent as it is on the malycon. The hotel is well maintained, has reliably hot water for showers. It provides excellent value for the money. we highly recommend this hotel.
No complaints. It would be nice if there was an elevator, but I don't know of a hotel in Progreso that has one.

Great location
The bedroom was not what we saw in the pictures. We asked for more towels and we were told they couldn’t give us more than one per person. The room was not super clean there were a lot of spiders and cobwebs. The hall was super noisy and the shower is not really user friendly
