Nestled in Manteo, this lovely condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Third floor waterfront condominium overlooks Manteo Harbor, Festival Island Park and historic attractions. Short walk to dozens of shops and restaurants. Ideal for wedding parties: two reception facilities and two popular wedding sites within walking distance. We provide everything you need for a fantastic visit - all bed linens, comforters, towels, cookware, etc. Over two miles of sound front paved walkway is accessible from the adjacent harbor. Elizabethan Gardens, Lost Colony outdoor drama, Fort Raleigh historic site, NC public Aquarium and regional airport (MQI)within 10 minute drive. Fifteen minute drive to Nags Head public beaches, Jockey's Ridge and Outer Banks shopping and restaurants. Building equipped with elevator and password secured parking. Condo is roomy and well equipped.
Covered parking a plus. Walk to museum, book store, and eateries. Sunrise views. Fun to view water and boats each morning. Manteo free Wifi was not the best.

The condo is spacious with many thoughtful amenities.

We had a terrific time during our visit to the Outer Banks! The location was perfect to see all Manteo has to offer, with very quick access to the beaches & everything you could want to visit. The condo was clean with amazing views!! Be sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise from the balcony. It was gorgeous! Our family of six was comfortable, safe, & had the best time! The playground right next to the condo, the shops & restaurants on the first floor, & all the shops & restaurants & within walking distance were awesome for my kids (ages 4-17)! We highly recommend this location.

I picked this condo because of the view and the area.
We enjoy the town of Manteo with the dock area and the restaurants. We watched them build the Elizabeth ll from the keel up and I enjoyed waking up to it every day!
Chris is a joy to rent from....always pleasant to talk to and answer any questions we had. We will definitely rent again from him.

The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and secure. We loved being able to access restaurants and shops without getting back into the car and driving. Other occupants of the building were friendly. View from the deck was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Three adult couples stayed in the Manteo house for a wedding that we were all attending in Manteo which was a short distance away. We had a great time being able to walk to dinner and shopping and the views of the Harbor were wonderful.

We loved this rental in historic Manteo. We walked the boardwalk each day. We especially enjoyed the balcony water view and spent a lot of time there. The rooms are all very spacious and well cared for and clean. You’re steps from the beautiful historic downtown with plenty of dining and shops.

The condo is bright and spacious with water views. Manteo is a quiet city with shops and art galleries. Just a short drive to the outer island. We recommend the historic walking tour.

The condo is clean and well equipped, and the views off the balcony of the water and Marina are beautiful and peaceful. My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and watch the boats come and go.

My wife and I stayed here with our three young boys for our first trip to the Outer Banks. The location of this condo was perfect for our needs, and we loved exploring the surrounding Waterfront shops in Manteo. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! Driving into Nags Head is just a short trip over the bridge, and there were plenty of public beach access areas. The condo was well taken care of, and the air conditioning was lovely! Having a dedicated parking spot with direct elevator access was a huge plus! Chris was very helpful and responded very quickly to any of our questions. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Myself and my husband along with my brother-in-law and his girlfriend stayed here for a week.
There is easy parking in the garage that is accessible with a keycard along with the elevator to the third floor. Very convenient location within walking distance of shops, resturaunts and the best coffee shop in the OBX.
The condo itself was perfect for four adults with all the amenities. My favorite part was the balcony. Beautiful views both day and night. Check-in was very easy and Chris the host kept in contact with us during the trip.
We would highly recommend this beautiful condo in such a wonderful town!

We absolutly love this place and the location ! We have rented this place 4 times now and we have never been dissapointed . Very spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the walk in shower is a plus. Lots of shopping in the area and also very quiet at night too. Must rent this if you get a chance!

Condo is convenient to everything. In the middle of downtown Manteo. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Another great visit to Chris’ family condo. The condo is very spacious and comfy. Large table is great for family meals, games and puzzles. The balcony is a perfect spot for sitting and enjoying the harbor view. And you can’t ask for a better host - Chris responds quickly to any questions you might have. We’ll be back!!

This is one of the best places we have stayed at in Manteo. The view from the porch was amazing! The condo has everything you would need, and very clean. It is located within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and bars. It was so easy getting to the condo, and all the arrival directions were easy to follow. Chris contacted us before we were supposed to arrive and gave us all the information we needed for arrival. Definitely stay here if it is available!

The location of this VRBO unit is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed this being our "base of operations." After exploring during the day we returned to convenient locations to dine or sit and listen to local musicians while wine tasting. Due to the season, local shops did close at 5p, but we were able to squeeze in some shopping opportunities. We really enjoyed the balcony with a cup of coffee & morning sunrises and the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sail boats come and go. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The designated parking spot was great with great access to the elevator. First time parking was a little tricky, but then became a breeze. "Luggage carts" (grocery carts) came in quite handy getting the luggage to and from the unit. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. We loved it!

We had the best time in Manteo and a huge part of this was because of our VRBO. You cannot beat the location- incomparable view, walkable to everything and still quiet. We can't wait to come back to Manteo and stay here again.

Perfect place for our weekend trip for my son and MILs birthday. The place was clean, nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
