Pet-friendly (1 dog) and beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath, end-unit, condo in the stunning Pirate's Cove Resort. The property has an open floor plan to maximize the sound views from living, kitchen and dining areas. BV811 was recently remodeled, with updated kitchen, including granite counter tops. With the renovation, new stainless-steel appliances and Washer/Dryer were also added. Master is sound-front with King bed and en-suite bath. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each hold a Queen bed with the Living Room offering a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Covered parking is available under the condo for vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. Additional vehicles will park in-front of the building and any trailers that do not fit in the covered spot must be stored off-site. A Saturday turn-day is in effect for this property from Memorial to Labor Day. Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock. Onsite restaurant, Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi Tiki Hut, just a few minutes' walk away, along with Ships Store and Pirate's Cove Marina.
