Renovated Marina-front condo in Pirate's Cove. This property is a corner unit with stellar views of Pirate Cove's World-Class Marina, while also being non-smoking & pet-free. The condo is 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths (accommodating 8). This condo is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning there is a 3 night minimum (excluding the 2nd full week of August which requires a full-week stay beginning on a Saturday or Sunday). This building has an elevator and guests will have access to the community amenities: pool, fitness center, athletic courts, clubhouse, outdoor pavilion with park-style grills, and miles of lighted docks for walking. The Master bedroom has a King bed with private ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed and a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also holds a Queen bed and the final bedroom has 2 Double beds, these bedrooms share a hall bathroom. 5 Smart TV's, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, marina-front deck with furniture, and covered parking for up to one vehicle (no trailers) are just some of the great perks of staying here.
