Basic but clean hotel, OK for a night stopover

Hotel of this budget chain, clean but a bit on the older side of things, with a safe parking and some restaurants nearby. Rather basic, but OK for a night stopover.

We just had to sleep while travelling, but the feeling was not very comfortabel

The parking space was free and the staf was helpfull

The shower and toilet area were not so clean. They can use some renovation. There was no lift so with my disablity it was not good.

Very good location, not far from the road. It is good to stay for one night when you drive for a long time.

The bathroom was very dirty: a lot of dirt on the walls and mold in the cracks. Above the pillow, there is a light switcher (see the image) and it has annoying blue light in the dark. I have to close it not to interfere with my sleep. Otherwise the bed was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

We stayed for one night in this budget hotel. The room was clean, but small for the price you paid. The breakfast was ok. Good private parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff did not speak English and you had to speak French to make yourself understood.

Overall, ok for a night

I was alone in my bedroom, so no problem. However, there can be up to 3 people in the bedroom and there was just one bathtowel. The air conditionning was almost nonexistant and that was the same in two other bedrooms. I opened my window as I was looking over the carpark. The others, being on the other side of the hotel, had the noise from the road as well as the mosquitoes.

Pretty much get what you pay for - not a lot! Room was okay, pillows terrible. Easy access from motorway.

Air Conditioning does not allow any adjustment despite a control panel, so room was too hot. No lift so carry bags up 3 floors. Prepacked from from machine is very basic and it took a search by car to find a local eatery.

taking public transport was really difficult because maps doesn’t show you the station near the hotel

Pleasant

Grumpy stressed manager. When you approached she said and what do you want now. Very unpleasant person. Had to ask for soap,towels,linen for third person booked.

disappointing for Ibis

nothing. only the lady in the morning was symphatic.

I prefer Inis chain because it was good for value but this hotel was a total dissappointing one! bed was so bad it was like sleeping on the floor! the room was smelling cigaratte and it never goes off! i slept the window open! bed is very important for a hotel. people are coming there to sleep in confort!!! if the bed will be like floor why we would stay in the hotel!

Ok if alone or only grown ups

Bunk bed

During Covid masks are compulsory but the staff was wearing his as a chin guard or mouth guard with nose open. None of the other guests wore masks. The first room we got was not made/cleaned. The second one was made but not clean. There are pee stains in the toilet that could use a good chemical clean. The place has no lift, which is why I don’t understand the reviews recommending it for trips with kids. Overall it was passable but I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve stayed in many Ibis hotels and this was the worst.
