Quiet and directly by the beach. Several restaurants nearby.
Simple but picturesque facilities. Staff was attentive but a bit fed up with tourists as it seemed; could use training (or their own holiday).

Right by the western end of Sairee beach, away from the main part of Sairee beach so a bit less crowded and private. The beach is like 1-2 mins away from the doorstep of your room. Amazing staff, they let me check in at 9am instead of 2pm because I got there early. Located a bit further from the city center, up a slight hill kinda in the jungle so it's got that jungle vibe as well.
The jungle vibe also brings in a lot of ants, other types of insects and some random lizards etc around your room. The staff cleans and sprays the room daily but I still saw a lot of ants in the bathroom every day at night.

Beach front is great. But not the best facilities in general.
Bed was very uncomfortable, and poor facilities.

"We were fortunate enough to be on the beach, amazing views!! Very handy scooter rental on site as well as tour booking. Walkable to Sairee beach area restaurants. Pick up and drop off to pier as well...."
