I loved the location! Located oceanfront and in walking distance to everything. The staff was outstanding. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed the quietness of The Palms.

Very nice rooms - very comfortable and well equipped
Staff - very helpful and responsive. Arranged lots for us (and resolved issue below)
Pool - small, but very nice.
Location - it is in the town, but we liked that.
Family rooms
Our initial room had an intermittent but repetitive noise throughout the night. Seemed to come from an adjoining operations room. The staff moved us which was appreciated, but I could not have stayed in that room
Beachfront area - is minimal. Do not expect to ‘lay out on the beach’.

The Palms Oceanfront Suites provided a lovely, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for a family stay! One double, 2x singles.
It has a beautiful ocean front view you can enjoy from your sun lounger, hammock or chair, a pool to cool off in, great location for restaurants, shops and dive centres (Ramons right next door! Has a great restaurant, the only thing missing from The Palms). Free 5 gallon jug of water in the room plus coffee replenished daily. Wi-Fi worked well, as did aircon.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Free transfer to & from ferry. Sorted out our golf cart rental.
Hardly a downside with Ramons next door and their great Pineapples restaurant, but I guess an onsite restaurant would be handy!
