Super helpful young man at reception desk, great location and price, seemed clean
I was given a room with no window (they only have one room, a single, with no window). Unfortunately I am claustrophobic so would not tolerate a tiny room with no window. The nice receptionist allowed me to cancel my reservation for a full refund.

The cleanliness of the property was very good.
It was quite noisy early in the morning because the cleaning staff started working too early. Also, the room appeared much larger in the photoes than it actually was in reality.

Location was good
The rooms that were showcased on Booking.com showed some space. My room was pretty much the size of a closet, with a very narrow bed (there was a bathroom as well).
